Introduction

You authorize TuPack to access your public profile (such as username) for the sole purpose of account gameplay integration. This is inclusive of the information on your Google Account, X (Formerly Twitter) Account, or your Telegram Account. We do not collect or store private messages or other sensitive data. You are responsible for securing your account. TuPack is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

This privacy notice for The TuPack Organization (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process“) your information when you use our services (“Services“), such as when you: Visit our website at https://tupack.io or engage with us in other related ways.

Information Collection

Payment Data

We merely allow users to connect their in-game wallet with their wallets on different blockchains. We do not directly process this payment information and are not able to withdraw or use funds on your behalf. All transactions are processed by you in a voluntary manner and with your consent based on the regulations and rules associated with your blockchain service provider.

Social Media Login Data

We provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, such as your Google, X (Formerly Twitter), Telegram, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “Social Login Information Handling” below. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the protocol. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our protocol, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our protocol, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. This is telemetric information and is used only to improve TuPack. This information is not sold to any third-party vendors and cannot be accessed by any such vendors until and unless such has been specified in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice.

Information Processing

We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. If you choose to register or log in to TuPack using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Social Login Information Handling

TuPack offers you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details X (Formerly Twitter), Google, or Telegram. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant prompts when you connect your account for login purposes. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. Account Termination

If you would, at any time, like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Personal Information

The TuPack Organization does not collect or share your personal information until and unless such has been specifically stated to you or in the context where such takes place. Given the nature of the market that we operate within, we are required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) efforts to ensure sufficient due diligence for regulatory purposes. In such cases, personal information, as necessary, is gathered and you will be informed on what types of information will be necessary within that context. In cases when a user has had their personal information gathered, they can ask for the deletion of their personal information. If a user asks us to delete their personal information, we will respect their request and delete their personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of their right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

  • The contents of email and text, unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication

You have the right to direct us to limit our use of your personal information to that use which is necessary to perform the services that allow TuPack to operate. Once we receive your request, we are no longer allowed to use or disclose your information for any other purpose unless you provide consent for the use or disclosure of information for additional purposes.
