Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TuPack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the protocol. We do not accept any liability in case of discrepancies or misuse of the technology caused by the user. The acceptance of these terms allows the user to access the protocol and does not allow for reuse, resale, restructuring, or redistribution of it in any way, shape, or form, until and unless formal approval has been provided for such. This is a use license and does not include, allow, or give permission for redistribution of said intellectual property.

Using the protocol means that you have read through the whitepaper, our terms and conditions, and our privacy policy and that you understand that the TuPack team, the TuPack organization, and all entities under this label are not liable for discrepancies on the user's end. You consent to not using the names of brand, entity, or individual that you are not associated with for wager rooms. We do not claim responsibility should a user do so.

Any and all games listed on the protocol are properties of their own respected owners and access to them is not controlled by TuPack or the TuPack organization.

Eligibility

TuPack is intended strictly for users aged 18 years or older due to gameplay content that include references to illicit substances as well as its Blockchain-based play-to-earn economy. By using TuPack, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older

Economy

Wagered Room Economy

In wagered rooms, players pay an entry fee in GOLDWINE. Rewards are distributed per kill as follows:

This model incentivizes gameplay and hosting, while maintaining long-term sustainability through token burning.

Dispute Resolution

The outcomes of a wager room are decided based on mutual consensus of players. Should a party within a room file for a dispute against the outcomes of the room then a formal submission will need to be made to the TuPack team. Upon receiving such submission, a member of the team will conduct a manual review of the outcomes of a wager room to assess the claims within the dispute. Should said claims be found to be factual, then the parties found to be in a deceitful position will be held responsible and banned from using the protocol with a formal submission made to the chain that their wallet is listed on. Should the claims be found to be inaccurate then the user making the claims will be brought into investigation by the member of the team. A formal message will be sent including details of the case with an appropriate case number, case summary, and other evidence attached and appropriate action will be taken against said user. The TuPack organization does not make any promises or have any control over the outcomes of a wager room. These outcomes are verified by users and thus necessitate integrity and honesty. We do, however, take strict action against users found to be engaging in dishonest behaviors.

NFT Trading

TuPack allows users to list the cosmetic items they own in different games as NFTs should said items be traded. These items are instantly minted as NFTs on the TuPack marketplace can be purchased when up for sale. Those publishing their items as NFTs on the marketplace earn a 5% royalty on each resale of the NFT. Users can decide on whether or not they want to claim the NFTs they own and have them show in their inventories in their respective games or maintain them as NFTs on the protocol. The TuPack organization does not claim any responsibility for sale or claim of an NFT as such is the responsibility of each individual user. We also do not control or impact the pricing of NFTs and such is based on market rates at a given time.

Achievements & Rewards

Players can earn achievements based on time spent, kill streaks, coins earned, and other milestones. After the launch, GOLDWINE will be convertible to $TUP tokens at the predetermined fixed rate

Player Conduct

Violations may result in permanent account bans and forfeiture of in-game assets.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

TuPack is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts or wallets.

Intellectual Property

All game assets including characters, artwork, animations, music, and branding are the intellectual property of TuPack. Players are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use these assets solely within the context of experiencing the game.

Blockchain Disclaimer

Blockchain transactions can be susceptible to:

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban user accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt the platform, or negatively affect other players' experience. No prior warning is required in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

TuPack shall not be held liable for:

Account Safety

You authorize TuPack to access your public profile (such as username, ID, and display name) for the sole purpose of account creation and gameplay integration. We do not collect or store private messages or other sensitive data. You are responsible for securing your account. TuPack is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TuPack after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
