Access Agreement

TuPack is a multichain protocol and is thus accessible through a number of chains. The protocol can be accessed and used for computer-based online video games at the moment and does not include mobile, VR, console, or other platforms of any form. Players can easily make use of their preferred crypto or fiat through their credit or debit cards to engage in a game. The goal of this effort is to remain open to players of all preferences thereby encouraging a large variety of players to take part in a competitive experience.

TuPack encourages play based on skills and capability and thus users should engage in wager rooms based on their own assessment of their skills. We do not advise any given room to be more suitable for a user than another and do not claim any responsibility upon a user's loss when participating in wager rooms or tournaments.

When a dispute takes place then the TuPack team will conduct manual reviews of all relevant information pertaining to a dispute and promptly resolve such within an appropriate amount of time.

Using the protocol means that you have read through to this part of the whitepaper and understand that the TuPack team, the TuPack organization, and all entities under this label are not liable for discrepancies on the user's end. You consent to not using the names of brand, entity, or individual that you are not associated with for wager rooms. We do not claim responsibility should a user do so.
